As the name suggests, it is made by the Baoulé people, the majority ethnic group in Côte d'Ivoire.
The Baoulé loincloth is a traditional African fabric, made using ancestral methods of hand weaving.
Can be used in shawl, plaid on a sofa or armchair, top of bed, tablecloth or can be cut to make cushions.
Baoulé loincloths are part of Côte d'Ivoire's artisanal and cultural heritage.
