Do you know what are the Biblical Feast days are and how we are to celebrate them?
We have been commanded to keep the Feast days forever. In the book of Leviticus 23:2, 4, 44. Verse 2 the Most High is speaking to Moses, "Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, Concerning the feasts of the Lord, which ye shall proclaim to be holy convocations, even these are my feasts."
Did you notice that YAHUAH says, "...my feast..." This is key; you must understand this; these Feasts are His; we are instructed to keep them in a particular way for a reason. In verse 4,it says, "These are the feasts of the Lord, even holy convocations, which ye shall proclaim in their seasons."
We see once again, these are YAHUAH feast. Now, these Feasts have to do with Seasons; why is that important?
In 1 Chronicles 23:31, it states, "And to offer all burnt sacrifices unto the Lord in the sabbaths, in the new moons, and on the set feasts, by number, according to the order commanded unto them, continually before the Lord:"
Also, look at 2 Chronicles 2:4, it states, "Behold, I build an house to the name of the Lord my God, to dedicate it to him, and to burn before him sweet incense, and for the continual shewbread, and for the burnt offerings morning and evening, on the sabbaths, and on the new moons, and on the solemn feasts of YAHUAH our ELOHIM. This is an ordinance for ever to Israel."
These Feasts given by YAHUAH to the Israelites are prophetic Feast of events that would take place in the future, and some cases have already taken place.
Now we can go even further back in the scriptures to the book of Exodus 23:14-17, where the Most High is telling us the following, "Three times thou shalt keep a feast unto me in the year." Verse15, "Thou shalt keep the feast of unleavened bread: (thou shalt eat unleavened bread seven days, as I commanded thee, in the time appointed of the month Abib; for in it thou camest out from Egypt: and none shall appear before me empty:)" Verse 16, "And the feast of harvest, the firstfruits of thy labors, which thou hast sown in the field: and the feast of ingathering, which is in the end of the year, when thou hast gathered in thy labors out of the field." Verse 17, "Three times in the year all thy males shall appear before YAHUAH ELOHIM."
